Unique Power Engineering started its operation in 2021 to maintenance support/supply to customers for engine generators and other electrical and mechanical appliances in airports, tea garden, heavy and light private industries. The main goal was to provide efficient service at nominal price. Since then, it is a leading name in the power industry having customers comprising of defense services, embassies, real estates, government and private organizations.

Filters

Unique Power Engineering is involved with the service and maintenance of its own supplied equipment and solutions or equipment supplied by other vendors. Basically, it happens in two ways, on call, time and material basis and contract basis. On call method allows customers to call technical team for support. Then field support people to provide service and maintenance when it requires and are charged for the completion of that particular job. For contracted service, customers have to sign formal agreement with Unique Power Engineering for a certain period of time with specified terms and conditions of service and maintenance.

 

This contract may include schedule maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, health check and troubleshooting. During the contracted period field support people will visit customer’s site as per the agreed schedule and provide service and maintenance accordingly.
